Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough - it was some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The mussels were delicious and the ravioli mere was incredible! The staff were great - there was a slight error on one of the orders and the server came over to apologise. On a Saturday night they had a band playing in the evening which people were dancing to which looked brilliant.
Amazing service, delicious food and sets the bar for how Italian restaurants should be. Cannot recommended this place enough. The staff are amazing. One of the best restaurants I’ve been in a long time. If you are in the region make sure you visit here. We’ll be back!
We were visiting the area for the weekend and decided to go to Lollo Rosso and was not disappointed! The service was very speedy, staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. I went for the Linguine bolognese and the portion was HUGE! Wish this was more local as its definitely a great place if you want authentic Italian food
Really friendly and attentive staff, on a busy Monday night they still managed to fit me in. Great food the Risotto was very good. Great atmosphere and would visit again when in Morpeth.

We were hoping to get a table4 adults 2 children but it was full and we were turned away. The head waiter came running down the street after us, to say they'd make space. What an evening, we had a great time. Frankly it was the dining experience of the year for me. All staff SO friendly, food great, atmosphere buzzing. Prices really reasonable. Absolutely terrific people, service at it's best. If we lived in Morpeth we'd be there every week.

Was really looking forward to trying Lollo Rosso and tried a few times but they had been fully booked. Got a booking the day after Valentines. Restaurant looks great with modern tasteful decor. Staff were amazing. Very well trained and attentive. Food was tasty and generous portions. The lose of a star was the bill. It cost £90 for 2 people, 2 courses and a bottle of wine. I know the cost of living has gone up and prices are changing fast but £15 for Calamary & White Bait is excessive and didn’t clock the price when I ordered. I’d have loved a steak but £32 was too far. We had a great night and would have loved to have left a bigger tip for the staff but just couldn’t afford it. At this rate we’ll be knocked back to the 70’s & 80’s when no one went out for meals.
Went with my best pal after a few nights away. A very warm welcome, wonderful food and amazing staff. My first time visiting but certainly won't be my last. Booked for 7th December. Highly recommend. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.
First time there last night. Had private room and what an amazing night we all had. The food was absolutely beautiful all 3 courses. The staff couldn't do more. Highly recommend this place. Be back soon Dietary restrictions: Cater for gluten free with an extensive menu
