Large table booking early December. Easy to book, best to go in and pay direct and the team look after the rest. No limit on numbers, super quick food on the night hot and well made. Long thin table was tricky placed in the centre but great night!
Used to come here all the time about 15 years ago, but then moved away and to ugh t was my first visit since I came back. So happy to say that it’s just as good as it was all those years ago, if not better. Staff are super friendly, food is delicious, great portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Already planning our next visit

Very good service, I ordered a take-away pizza and was able to collect in just 15mins. Freshly baked and good value. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The pizza was delicious, but the tomato sauce tasted a bit different to other pizza.
This evening we arrived in the area after spending the whole day traveling from Kent. We found this restaurant 1st and asked on the off chance if they could accommodate 5 hungry people expecting to get laughed out the restaurant for not booking on a Saturday night. We are so please they could and in hind sight surprised. We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to a table without feeling like they were doing us a favour which they were. Our meals were fantastic! Not one of us had any complaints. With a picky 10yr old who ate everything on his plate, that's a real compliment. When it was time for dessert Franco was trying to persuade me to order his tiramisu. This is a dessert that I cannot eat because of my weird texture issue thing that I have, still Franco tried to spoon feed me his dessert made which was made by his fair hands. Sadly I could not partake so my son took one for the team and thought it was amazing he would never usually try something like this. As a result 2 tiramisus were ordered and thoroughly enjoyed. I had the fudge cake which was also lovely. If we are ever this way again I would very much like to come back. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, we were treated like old friends by the staff. I went to Gianni's with some work colleagues yesterday for the first time in about 4/5 years. The food was even better than I remembered it, the staff were brilliant and the restaurant was warm and cosy. I'll definitely be back and I'll be recommending to people. Thanks Franco and staff
A very enjoyable experience, great food and great service. Pleasant staff and a lovely atmosphere, just like the original Gianni's.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, staff so welcoming, fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. 10/10 would highly recommend. Came up from Liverpool to meet our best friends, will be coming back , best Italian restaurant we have been to. Love it.
Absolutely fantastic place. Went on a whim as we were staying nearby. The welcome was warm and the food was excellent.
Wonderful food and amazing atmosphere..Franco and all the staff could not have been more accomodating and friendly. Tiramisu to die for .. definitely be back
