Butters John Bee were asked to sell my late mothers house in Wistaston. I had got three valuations from local agents all of which varied greatly. However, Gary Fear exuded so much knowledge and trustworthiness that I had no hesitation in opting for Butters. I am delighted to report that I made the correct choice. The house was sold at a price way in excess of my expectations with the minimum of fuss but with the maximum of quality service.

Came to Butters John Bee in Nantwich when I was looking for my first home. Really helpful and mortgage advisor was incredibly informative. Ended up buying a home in a different area but still used this mortgage advisor. Very impressed.
