Bridgefords in Crewe are shocking. They are very unhelpful. We have just finished renting from them and all I can say is avoid them at all costs. They have no time for the tenants it is all about the landlords. They are the worst estate agent that I have ever dealt with.

I've had recent dealings with Tracey and Jade here. Tracey was really calm, professional and efficient when booking us in a viewing.  Jade was really pro active in calling back and checking in with our thoughts and feedback. She really taken the time to listen as well as offer advice and support. What a genuine lovely young lady, credit to the business!  Myself and my Mrs are looking to buy our first dream home together, and I know if we ever require their help again, it would be a pleasure to deal with them.

current tenants in a property that Bridgfords manages. On the turn over, I can say the property was just not prepared for the renters. Faulty and unusable appliances which has not been checked prior. just unsafe. And the place still needed heaps of cleaning which the obligation was passed on to us.  Now It's been more than two months since we've moved in but of the many faults we've reported to the agency, they have only sorted just one. we asked them if we could just leave because of the service and clearly the property has not been proper looked after but told us we will have to pay a rediculous sum for breeching contract.  Just not happy with the service I'm sorry. It's just been very difficult and we have to endure this state of living for who knows how long until the agency does something about it.
