We have used this pharmacy since it opened,  for our prescription and other products, and have never had a problem related to the pharmacy. We are notified when our prescription is ready, normally the same or the next day after our online application is requested. We will miss the convenience and friendly staff at this pharmacy..

My adult son was seriously ill with scarlet fever just before Xmas by the time the 111 GP had called it was 4am on Wednesday 21 Dec - he had ordered a prescription at Rugby Lloyds pharmacy- I set my alarm to be there for 7am sharp as he desperately needed the meds but had to wait 40 mins for the pharmacist to make an appearance. As a nurse myself and precriber I was upset as I felt his condition was so bad every minute counted. I had also travelled from Warwick - I hope there is some admonishment- if not then I would like to make a formal complaint. It was Wednesday 21 Dec 2022. The rest of the staff were helpful and clearly embarrassed at this negligence.

Poor service. Twice a prescribed medication was not in stock and they refused to order it in and told me to go elsewhere. Staff very rude and not helpful at all and left a pregnant woman in distress with no support. I've moved to boots pharmacy and recommend everyone to do the same. Shame on you Lloyd's.

On Saturday I dropped a prescription for my daughter into the pharmacy and was advised it would be ready for collection on Tuesday. I went on Wednesday to collect and discovered they had lost the prescription. They verified the prescription with the consultant and told me to collect that evening. Instead I went to collect the next day and was informed by the pharmacy manager the pharmacist on Saturday said he had given me the prescription back as I couldn’t wait until Tuesday. This is complete fabrication and I urged him to check the store cameras to prove this had not been the case. I find it extremely worrying that a prescription can just disappear and they feel it is acceptable to blame the customer. Will be reporting and will not be using them again.

PLEASE can you get your members of staff to listen to your customers when describing what is needed. I had to repeat myself and explain several times before they understood what I needed.

Just hate going to this pharmacy. One or two of the staff are OK but most are surly and argumentative. They tend to hide in the dispensary so they can't see if a customer is waiting and no amount of coughing, knocking or calling will tempt them out into the open. If you use this pharmacy you have to be prepared to await their pleasure, and it can sometimes be a long wait.

I have found the staff friendly and helpful, even ringing me once to let me know that a prescription was in when they knew I was worried that the surgery had made a mistake. Both in store and on the phone I have had positive experiences.
