I moved to rugby a year ago and decided to change to this chemist because of the txt reminder service which worked very well at my old boots. Unfortunately this one is now where near. I have only received 1 txt message and that was after I called them to ask why i had not had one. This has now become the norm. It would be great if they could actually answer the phone in the 1st place. I have now found it quicker to go to the shop and ask which to be honest defeats the object of having a txt reminder service,

Total incompetence. Every time I have been to pick up my prescriptions at a day that they have specified they have not been there. In this occassion it was the 1st of feb. Gave it two days extra and went in. They had not even requested it! I was told to go back the following Wed and phoned to confirm Mon. All fine. Get there told they hadn't got some items and only parts of others. I run out of four medictions. This was Friday 10/2. There was a big crowd all with complaints about the pharmacy some getting very irate.I just left and said I would phone them. Have to give one star to post this but def minus!!!!

Good usual Boots experience but somehow overlooked because of the larger store at junction 1. The staff are helpful and pleasant, very good chemist hardly ever run out of prescription drugs.

Pharmacy totally incompetent, supposed to deliver my mothers medication 1 week before she runs out. They constantly take it up to the wire and this week is no exception , she is still waiting now for her delivery and she runs out tomorrow. It's just not good enough. Their stock excuse is not enough staff which makes it even more unacceptable. Boots need to get their act together before their incompetence causes a medical emergency !!

Disgraceful service from Pharmacy - supposed to delivery ALL my medications today - failed to do so - promised delivery of remaining items this afternoon prior to 6.30pm - NOW 6.45 AND NO DELIVERY THIS IS CANCER MEDICATION WE ARE TALKING ABOUT AND I NEED IT FOR TOMORROW.  Disgraceful service - cant get the prescription on time and unless I call to remind them would probably never get it
