ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTED.  

I SPEND 120 PER WEEK IN ASDA.  THEY TOTALLY REFUSED TO GIVE ME  A REFUND WHEN MY MICROWAVE BROKE.  EVEN THE MANAGER REFUSED. THEY TOOK DELIGHT IN REFUSING EVEN A CREDIT NOTE. I PAID 2.00 FR PARKING IM 55YRS OLD AND HAD TOCARRY IT.

I AND FREINDS WILL NOT EVER USE ASDA AGAIN. FR 35.00 THEY HAVE LOST SO MUCH IN FUTURE CUSTOM.

SHAME IN THE STAFF. GOOD RIDDENCE TO SAD LOW PAID  MUTES.

Shop well laid out but not enough staff on check outs.  Self service check outs were busy and also you can't claim your parking voucher back so you have to go to info desk which is always busy.. have to queue to get out through checkouts personally hate this.. will avoid store of it can

Aisles too narrow, store too busy, layout poor and awkward parking that you have to pay for and then get a refund.  Only redeeming feature is they tend to have a lot of tills open.
