I’ve always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. They’re working under such difficult circumstances, and there are problems with supplies as well so I think they are doing the best they can
Love the staff! Helpful with what you are looking for and the problems you have in terms of illnesses. Always hand you your prescription on time.
This is not a pharmacy it's an store! they never have anything on your prescription in stock they tell you they order it and to come back and when you arrive they don't have it and "have to order it" again. The ques are always way too long it's all gone downhill since it changed hands!
I brought a friend here for her covid vaccine today. What an amazing pharmacy. So friendly ….I don’t know the name of the assistant but she was so helpful even advised us as to which was the best coffee and cake in Bovey Tracey. Thank you…so nice to meet such friendly people in todays world!
