All of the staff at this Co-op are exceptionally friendly, helpful and love customer service. The manager is especially polite. They are all a credit to themselves and it is always a pleasure to shop there. Just watch as you walk/drive out as the road is narrow and busy with cars/people with no payment on one side.
Exceeded expectations in all aspects, the manager Rob could not have been more helpful - I was on a last minute supplies run for a wedding taking place later that day and he went the extra mile to help me sort everything. He even helped carry everything to the car. Top guy and an excellent store manager
Overall this is a good store, however I mentioned how awkward it is to pack my shopping with the new barriers in place. Unfortunately I was informed they don't have any plans to improve this. A small counter top as a divider between till points would be easy to fit and a nice touch for the customer. This would preferable to putting bags on the floor or holding them in the air whilst try to pack and pay. I will be limiting my use of this shop from now on.
We've visited this store 4 or 5 times this week whilst staying in the area. I have to say it is the best co-op I have ever been in. Friendly, efficient staff who very much work as a team. I don't know what the secret is but this team deserve recognition for their efforts and in my opinion they could teach many stores a thing or two, especially in my local store in Usk, South Wales.
Pleasant local co-op with a short term free car park. Seemed well stocked with friendly staff, as ever with the co-op it's a strange mix of convenience store and supermarket. Would happily go again
