I handed in my prescription only to be told it would take an hour. I was late back to work due to a long waiting time for my doctors appointment as it was; so I informed them that I would come back later, or have someone pick it up for me in a few hours time. They told me it would be ready. When my amazing father went to collect it 5 hours later, he still had to wait an hour! Even when they'd said it'd be ready! Unbelievably poor service times.

Very rude staff, spoke down too in front of other people waiting over an hour for medication. Card payment system not working. Really terrible customer service.

The service is horrible no one is where because want is because we are sick... Veronica the lady working have a very bad and unprofessional atitude. The waiting time is always over 45 minutes.This team should pay to the company loyds pharmacy to work where. BAD VERY BAD
