Scoring this for their garden plant choices! Not the best first impressions when you walk into the store and see so many dead plants! That said, they do offer a good selection if they were alive and the store for groceries and clothing etc is good. Sort your plants out please! Show them some love and water!

Unshoppable after 8pm. Pallets and stock dumped everywhere. Can't get to certain products and no staff member in sight. Self checkouts are slow, and staff rude.

Gentlemen called ‘Blessing” I think absolutely vile the way he conducted himself to me as a customer. Was not helpful in the very slightest with what I needed sorted and I can only dread to think how he speaks to others as I was left absolutely gob smacked in how someone with clear authority didn’t seem to care with what I was trying to explain. I’ve been a loyal customer of beddington lane for many years and the colleagues are always helpful however this was not the case…nThe store has really deteriorated within the last year and you can also see this through the colleagues on the front line which is very sad to see

Kate in customer service is AWESOME. She is always a smiling face as you enter the store and very helpful when you have a query. On my last visit I forgot to scan my Asda rewards… she very kindly refunded my items to me and rescanned them.. whilst multi tasking and serving other customers on another till in between helping me. She is an asset to the Asda store.

Asda prices are definitely cheaper compared to other supermarkets! Depending on what offers they have. I do like their fruit and veg! I like using self scanning machine, however I have been in there a couple of times in the morning and none of the machines were charged. They also didn’t have any shopping trolleys in its designated area! This happened first thing in the morning when they open and you hope it would be better organised.nn3/12/22 - I went at 8am this morning, same problem! A few handsets but not charged. One of the staff member mentioned something about staff not putting them on charge at night and actually asked me to leave feedback! So here you go with pictures! Please do better. Thank you
