Scoring this for their garden plant choices! Not the best first impressions when you walk into the store and see so many dead plants! That said, they do offer a good selection if they were alive and the store for groceries and clothing etc is good. Sort your plants out please! Show them some love and water!
Kate in customer service is AWESOME. She is always a smiling face as you enter the store and very helpful when you have a query. On my last visit I forgot to scan my Asda rewards… she very kindly refunded my items to me and rescanned them.. whilst multi tasking and serving other customers on another till in between helping me. She is an asset to the Asda store.
Asda prices are definitely cheaper compared to other supermarkets! Depending on what offers they have. I do like their fruit and veg! I like using self scanning machine, however I have been in there a couple of times in the morning and none of the machines were charged. They also didn’t have any shopping trolleys in its designated area! This happened first thing in the morning when they open and you hope it would be better organised.nn3/12/22 - I went at 8am this morning, same problem! A few handsets but not charged. One of the staff member mentioned something about staff not putting them on charge at night and actually asked me to leave feedback! So here you go with pictures! Please do better. Thank you

This is the first time I've ever had an issue at Asda since this store opened.nI had an issue purchasing gift cards at the store and was inadvertently not automatically refunded by the self service till when one of the gift cards would not activate after the payment was taken. The store manager / department manager and the administration manager were exceptional in dealing with my issue, it was resolved in minutes after the payment was investigated and I was refunded.nI have not experienced that level of outstanding customer service and most of all competency for at least a decade.nEven Asda's customer service help line was exceptional.nThank-you
