This is really nice store. Great selection of goods. Easily accessible by car or by public transport. One of the nicer boots stores in the Croydon borough. Staff are very helpful and polite.

I am a regular customer at Boots especially at the medicines counter. I find that the ladies are under a lot of pressure as there is always a large queue and the majority of the time there's only one member of staff (usually a young girl with dark long hair). There seems to be a lot of shouting from customers as the staff do take there time which can be frustrating when your in a hurry but I do see it as they're are trying to ensure that all customers are satisfied also they will bend over backwards for you especially regarding medicines and advise given is always brilliant! Although waiting times are a downfall the staff at medicines are extremely bubbly, child friendly and efficient so thank you! Woukd recommend tbe store if you have the patients abd time.

Left my purse here last night and rang to see if it was handed in but wasn't expecting it to of been. The young lady who answered was very professional but friendy and asked me various detail of the purse. Couldn't believe it when she said iyt was there.

If I could give them less then one star I would. They use extremely rude locum opticians, because of an awful experience here they lost an 8 year customer and a prospective customer to vision express who were much more accommodating. Avoid unless you want to waste your time, be treated awfully and pay for the privilege
