I've been here to collect my parcel from DPD (Nike). The collection process was very simple and fast. The lady at the counter asked my DPD pass and an ID proof and handed over the parcel within no time.

Otherwise the pharmacy looks very clean and bright.

DISGUSTING customer service! Went to have my 6 months old passport picture taken, waited 3 minutes in front of the till with 3 member of staff looking at me and then going on doing other things. Finally one of them bothered to look at me and ask 'Yes?' I asked if I could have my little one passport pictures taken, I was told to go get a chair for her because they didn't have anything to have her sit on. Fair enough, I was wearing my baby sling so I went back home, got the pram and all 4 people behind the counter just minding their own business, looking at me once in a while, speaking their own language I'm obviously not coming back and I will tell all the people I know to go somewhere else next time. Shame on your staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about their products. Its great finally having a chemist in the area that can help a customer without having to go look on the internet or read the labels in order to help its customers!
