we had ordered our new suite from a well known major store, after waiting 12 weeks and listening to numerous different excuses as to why it had not been delivered we eventually cancelled and went to the store to collect our deposit back. on the way home we spotted lloyds and thought oh well we;ve got to start the whole process of choosing again we might as well start here, after telling them the story they asked details about the suite that we wanted and surprise-surprise they obtained and delivered the exact suite that we had been waiting for the following week, and they charged £200 less than the other store....they were so helpfull and even disposed of my old suite, i would not hesitate in reccommending them
