Happy with my Chakra set but also gutted. Purchased last week...asked if they would get further reduced at the end of the season. Arrived Friday. Looks like there's 30% off now. Could have saved 300 quid unless I'm mistaken. :
Sent wrong bed after providing no updates, then sent a bed with several holes in it. No apology no customer service just palmed off back to the manufacturer. No quality check by the looks of things. Definitely wouldn't recommend shopping with these lot, unless you want alot of hassle and a poor customer experience.

Great service and great value. Great communication from the moment of purchase to delivery. On the day of delivery I was kept well informed of times and two very pleasant and helpful gentlemen delivered it to my garden. I purchased the Chakara Garden Ratan set and it's great. My only concern would be if you have to return/exchange something it will cost you £100. I would recommend this company

Ordered the chakra set, had brilliant communication from AMC and their delivery service and it was delivered within a few days of ordering. Great outdoor set , super comfortable and really good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks gang!
BEWARE OF RAPID PRICE DROPS..!!! I've now been left very disappointed with AMC I ordered a garden furniture set at the start of June and received it on the 8th June. The product is decent and I got 10% sale discount and paid £1349. £150 off. I have now received a marketing email from AMC a few weeks later inviting me to a flash sale of 30% off meaning the same furniture set is now £1049. £450 OFF!!! £300 less than I paid a few weeks ago...!!! I contacted AMC after reading a few stories on Google about retailers looking after their customers when prices drop dramatically in short space of time after purchase. These company's were good enough to refund the difference back to their customers. AMC weren't interested at all in helping or refunding the difference which I feel has left me disappointed having paid £300 more only a few weeks back thinking I was getting a great deal in a sale when really they are able to reduce it by a further £300 no problem. Be careful and research more pricing before you order so you aren't left disappointed like me when the price plumits on their website....
Worth the wait! I purchased the Veda sofa and has been a fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Ste and Stu arrived when they said they would. Carried everything through into the garden for me and were very friendly. Thanks AMC!
