My first visit to amc and most definitely won’t be my last. We were greeted by Brooke, one of your friendly sales team and she couldn’t have helped us more than she did. Needless to say I came away ordering 2 new bar stools and a set of gold leaf trays. See you again soon
I had a great experience buying beds at AMC furniture. I was served by April. She was very helpful with the advice she offered when we asked, which allowed us to select the best option for us. It took just 2 weeks for them to be made and delivered. Very comfortable beds and beautiful. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
Ordered a sofa which was in stock, at a very good price, after being let down by a large retailer. There was a blip with delivery communication, AMC rectified this and refunded my delivery fee, it was then delivered ahead of time. They respond quickly by email. Really pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, excellent customer service thank you. Customer service is as important as the actual product.
A* experience and great products at great prices. Have to give a special mention to April who looked after us. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the items / questions we had. Spent a lot of time with us making sure our order was right . Excellent customer service skills. Purchased beds and garden furniture but will 100% be shopping here again
Had my new sofa delivered today amazing from start to finish they have all been amazing from the delivery drivers ect would highly recommend and will be using you guys again finally the new house is coming together
