Great staff great service always use it as my local bank

Went in to set up a student account yet an incompetent person didn't know that I need a proof of address to be sent with everything else so I waited 2 weeks for my bank account to be open to then having to go back and make another application for a student account. So now I'm having problems with my maintenance loan being blocked because of lack of bank details which I gave in when my bank account was opened a day after I went in to set it up the second time. I appreciate the help I got the second time I went making my application successful.

staff do not know how overdraft works in Lloyds bank. i talked to two of them and they told me i cannot decrease my overdraft because they have to check my credit score!! every time i do. which is completely nonsense.
