The have removed all the cashiers and replaced them by these isolated 'islands' with a single staff member each side. If you want to hand over money there is no protective glass and if you like privacy then forget it. The queues are huge because general enquiries and payments in/out are handled by the same people and other staff simply walk around asking what people want. There are three ATM's in there and you can use them yo pay in/take out etc. They are aiming for a modern automated feel, but missed the mark completely. There is now a longer wait to be seen, people mill about aimlessly and it doesn't feel secure at all.

This bank is terrible. It told me I needed 2 certain letters and when I had brought them back earlier this morning they had told me that they could not accept them, all they do is mess people about, I've been trying to open up a bank with them since late april and still nothing.
