Staff have always been friendly, but I opened a business bank account with them and regreting it, I only choose them because my bank Halifax didnt do Business Bank accounts and advised me to go to Lloyds as its their sister campany. But every time I go in they seem to panic as no one seems to know anything about business banking! surely banking is banking?

WORSE BANK EVER CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE CRAPP THERE IS ALWAYS A MASSIVE QUEUE WAITING TO BE SERVED I AM BLOODY WELL FED UP OF WAITING THEY DONT DESERVE CUSTOM I DONT THINK THEY WILL BE THERE MUCH LONGER I REGRET GOING IN I KNOW WHAT IT IS GOING TO BE LIKE

WORSE bank of ever. Their make me lose my time for nothing now after 2 week i still wait my credit card. Also lloyds got 50p on international withdrawal
