Worst customer service ever , gone the branch in derby, can’t do anything in the branch call or online , I can not understand why open branch and have 10 ppl around to advice you to call or go online .. finally after being a customer for 4 year deciding to leave

Only wanted to make appointment in local branch what a performance passed from pillar to post and nobody could understand what I was saying what happened to English people a complete waste of time and phone bill

Wouldn't even give it one if I could, I came in to pay a bill like I usually do went up to the counter like I usually do as the bill doesn't work on the machines, I said this to the women what was serving and she refused to serve me and wouldn't believe that it didn't work and passed me over to her collaugue and she then tried on the machine and like I said it wouldn't it didn't work the attitude of the staff in this bank is disgusting I've used Barclays and had a account with them since I was 16 I'm now looking to leave Barclays and actually go to a bank which know what there doing and know how to treat customers properly

Always excellent! Only thing I do now is drop in cash, so the machines are great and now I can deposit through post office so even better service. Hopefully won't be long before everything's cashless it's so much easier to manage online.
