Had to wait for 20 minutes with a baby in the stroller, until someone finally could speak with me. It seems like they haven't got enough staff. The lady who helped me was extremely polite and kind though.

Queued for half an hour on Monday to receive Euros ordered on-line only to find that they had not yet arrived and were due at 1400. Attended again on Tuesday and waited for 15 minutes for the Euros to be located; arrived home to find I had been issued with another customer's Euros so, having vainly attempted to contact the branch by phone I returned for a third time and managed to collect my Euros. I was told that even though they have a phone line they have no-one to answer it which seems odd as there were 2 enquiry desks and 1 cashier position unmanned. Where everybody else was  I do not know.

My visits to the branch are confined to collecting currency, in future, unless I need some currency other than Euros I will used a pre-loaded debit card, on which, incidentally, I get a better rate than Lloyds offer

Terrible. Cashiers hidden away presumably to encourage you to use their machines. Made to wait ages while staff dealt with their own admin chores instead of serving (at luchtime ffs!)and then challenged about why I hadn't used their new cheque  deposit machine( I tried and it didn't work).
Appalling overall attitude to customer service.
Some of it is coming down from high up i think but another dollop was added by the branch staff.
