Served by an arrogant rude bumptious lack of customer service skills cashier by the name of Ushan today: i will never step foot in this establishment ever again. Pity i have to tick a 1 star to enable me to write this review. RECEIVED A SWIFT REPLY FROM MFG HQ:- I can confirm that we have now completed our investigation into your complaint below. Firstly I would like to express, on behalf of Motor Fuel Limited, our disappointment at the low level of service you received. I would also like to highlight that MFG sites are operated by self-employed Contract Managers, who sell motor fuels on our behalf. We have now spoken to the operator and highlighted the poor service you received; He and his staff will be retrained on key aspects of customer service in particular how to communicate with customers in a polite and respectful manner. The cashier in question has been spoken to and corrective action taken against him. The manager has asked that we also apologise to you on his behalf. I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that the recent events have not deterred your confidence in our brand.

Great fuel and good shop selection. Not Mark's and Spencer but maybe one day

Friendly staff, clean & tidy shop that's well stocked..petrol could be cheaper but so could everywhere else too..
