Hired these to fit my carpet for my upstairs bedrooms, landing and stairs last year, they chopped up the carpet without planning how to plan it. They laid the carpet in the wrong direction and when it came to lay the landing they didn't have enough length to fill the landing since they did not plan the job properly. They then was pushing me so hard to order another piece of carpet from Tapi carpets like they were getting commission. The carpet was from carpet right and would cost another £300 for a piece long enough to do the landing and would exactly match the same carpet which was already down. I told them forget about it and now I'm left with a joint in the middle of my landing. Awful and unprofessional. Would never used again

Competitive prices. The fitters were polite and tidied up after themselves, which I was very impressed with. Would definitely recommend in the future.
