It was absolutely poor. If you are looking for a place for family oriented or couples please look away. This will ruin whatever you have planned and waste your hard earnt money. In all honesty I would not stay here if you paid me. The cannabis smoke and loud music will keep you up all night. I could not sleep all night and with paper thin walls you could hear everything from the other rooms. House rules states no smoking or no parties but there was 2 parties at once. There is no management to complain to. I have stayed in hostels in Thailand which was 10x better. Please don’t cat fish by the pictures and fall for it like me. Don’t believe please read the other reviews 80% of people can’t be wrong
I was so disappointed with my stay here and was not at all satisfied with the condition of the room. The prices of these apartments are also extortionate. You definitely don’t get what you pay for. These apartments are advertised out to be luxury serviced apartments but they are far from that. The bathroom door handle was broken. The Led lights in the living room were not working nor the bedroom lights. It was as if the room was half done. The blinds in the bedroom were broken as well so you couldn’t open them. There was no sort of toiletries in the bathroom at all e.g hand wash/sanitizer. The whole experience was horrible and if that doesn’t make it worse even one of the office workers who claims she’s worked with the company for 12 years agreed that the room was trash and that I shouldn’t pay full price for it. So I spoke to the manager over the phone regarding how the room was not worth the price at all and what his colleague said. i told him how I wanted even a partial refund but he tried to threaten me instead and was just so rude to me, he didn’t want to give me my money back even though the room was false advertised. And judging by all the other bad reviews given I’m not surprised that these apartments are just a scam to take our money!
Horrible experience!!! DO NOT USE the room smelt of canabis and cigarettes, the bedding and towels smelt like damp and wet dog, the so called "jacuzzi" wasn't working properly. The manager is also a scam artist and decided to try his best to try and keep a £100 deposite due to towels and paper being left on the floor. When complained about gets verbally abusive and brave via phone call. SCAM ARTIST AVOID AT all costs.
Awful experience, Staff on desk seemed nice however the room appeared to not be cleaned. As soon as you entered the room it smelt like cigarettes and weed. The bedding had a cig burn on it, There was a build up of dust which you could tell had not been cleaned in a while. Bed side tables stained and ruined, Cracks in the floor and marks all over the walls.
Stayed here last night expected a little more . Staff was very helpful rooms are not worth the money. As soon as we arrived my fella went to wash he's hands and the tap was broken went all over him. Cig burns all over the place.. we only wanted to stay here for the hot tub bath and we put a little water in and the water went cold so we was waiting a few hours to get the bath warm. Location brilliant shop across the road. The room wasn't clean either. Over all experience not happy with our stay.
What was supposed to be a romantic birthday weekend got converted into a disastrous horror experience. I have booked 2 nights for £350.00. When arrived and checked in got debited extra £100.00 as safety deposit. We have been accompanied to the apartment by a staff member, and for our surprise, when entered it was a very strong smell of weed. We've went immediately out from there, and staff members apologised for the incident. We have seen ourselves in the situation of finding a new accommodation which wasn't easy task. Kindly, the staff have agreed to make a full refund, but for our surprise, now the owner does not agree to it and debited £150.00 on my card and he is claiming that are cancellation fees. Currently I have blocked £600.00 on my account for a service I haven't received and God knows when I will be getting them back.... As didn't want to create further problems to the staff which were trying to be nice, I haven't reported to the police at the moment; but recognise that I am regretting it now. I am aware that the staff are not responsible for the customer bad behaviour; what I am surprised of is that the owner hasn't been receptive and does not want to help and insists he is right to charge me a cancellation fee. Definitely, I am not recommending anybody to book and hopefully the staff will get a nicer place to work.
Tacky decor, questionable cleanliness and false advertisement on booking.com! save your money from this extortion as refunds are not provided. We did not stay in the room after seeing its quality. Completely different to how advertised.
Stayed in flat 5 for two nights. Lovely apartment however some features not fully functioning. One bed side light was completely not working and the recliner sofa had built in speakers that didn’t seems to want to work. Apart from this no other faults and a lovely stay. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A LITTLE GET AWAY. The management were friendly and helpful and the local area is nice as-well. Only downside is that the doors make a lot of noise when other residents of the local building come in and out of their apartments.
work these were all sorted and I was told I’d get a partial refund but I had nothing the whole place seemed to be falling apart curtain pole hanging off the wall holes in the doors lights that isn’t work and to top it off there wasn’t even enough hot water to fill the hot tub up and that was the main feature. And I was also called arrogant and to posh to stay there by the host. Customer service was dreadful I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
