Love coming here great store, friendly staff .

We were there on Saturday. At the cashier desk : My husband says to the young lady "Hello". No answer. He says a second time 'hello'", a little bit louder. She doesn't answer.  We pay. He says "good bye", she doesn't answer. He says another time "good bye". Nothing happens !. So impolite. I will never go back again.

We get evwrything in fashion with respect to the famous football club. It is their official store. Of course the price is higher compared to other shops.. Can't blame as it is their brand value and people prefer to buy..

Our experience going to Liverpool was one in a million at the time of Liverpool's Parade in May, we went to see it on the 29th and we visited to Liverpool store. The staff were very busy understandably because it was probably the busiest weekend of the year with hundreds and thousands visiting Liverpool to support the Lads and Ladies who were on the buses. The store layout is very well thought out, the options are endless. There are gifts for as little as £1 and of course expensive 22/23 season kits around £105. I bought a mug and keyrings and lots of the items I viewed were actually on sale so it was a nice thing to not have to spend money having already spent money to travel  city and book the hotel etc. We really enjoyed the store and recommend an hour maximum in the store. You have every single Liverpool item you could think of, even bath mats! We enjoyed our time and haven't a bad word to say.

Great shop near queens square bus station making it easily accessible. Good selection of merchandise and when asked staff promptly helped me with an issue. Friendly security.

Came to the store on Tuesday looking for something for a present I asked leah for help because they never ad in store what I came for she went out her way to find out what store had the items in an has a arranged to get then to there store for me to pick up nothing was to much trouble for her she was so helpful n happy to help thank you again leah xx
