Absolutely disappointing service. The staff are so unhelpful and give off rude attitude. The store only accepts card payment. If you want good service shop at another Everton store don’t shop here. You’ll only waste your time with bad service, and leave feeling disappointed.
Terrible selection. Took a hat to the till that was price tagged for £15. Staff tried to charged £23. Would not correct the price
Travelled from Canada with a long list of purchases. The store required card payments only and we had already organized our exchange, the exchange rate is bad enough without an extra exchange back to pounds. Treat the fans as much as we love you. Sorry to give my beloved team one star but this is awful
Came here to collect a secret Santa gift as it wasn’t going to be delivered in time from their website. £12 on the official site, £18 in store and that’s before the discount that was available online to get 20% more off and free delivery. Wouldn’t mind if it was comparing to unofficial website, but the online club shop price didn’t say that was anything other than the normal price. Robbing shop.
Went there to purchase a kit for my daughter, and the young lady serving us was a credit, in the way she seen we got what we wanted, sorry I didn't get her name to show it on here, but thank you x

Very cool store, whoever came up with the name deserves a raise
Went for the brilliant new home shirt for the 2022/23 season and was offered excellent support from the staff when redeeming a discount from an email for our season tickets, given that we hadn't received the new season tickets. Everton Two is in Liverpool One.
Wish the actual team were this good.
