After having my house up for sale with another agency for the best part of a year turned to Hunters.
Michael and his team were way above the other agency, the photo's were amazing, the best I have ever seen, in fact it was the photo's that sold the property.

I used Hunters to manage the letting of our property.  I had heard that letting agents were not to be trusted and do the minimal possible.  I can honestly say my experience with Hunters was nothing like this.  I found their communication to be excellent, they were not pushy, they responded to my requests timely.  I liked that the advice they gave me took into account the tenant as well, I mean they were balanced in terms of looking what was fair to both sides.  I found this reassuring because presumably the tenants sensed this as well.  Their fee was by far the most competitive, they stood by their word on everything and did not try and sell me options I did not need or want.  I dealt initially with Michael, who was very helpful and patient, and later, the main contact was Alex, who was always available and responsive, diligent, and totally professional.  I am very grateful, and firmly recommend them.

Thanks to Michael and his team at Hunters Bexleyheath for the friendly and efficient service that I recently received when selling my property.  From the outset, they were obviously keen to ensure that everything proceeded smoothly and that the property was presented in the best light and viewed by as many people as possible.  It was also really helpful that I could leave the viewings to them as I have a busy schedule and it saved me the hassle of having to be there myself every time.  I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to other vendors.

Hunters are extremely professional and friendly to deal with. They are extremely prompt when dealing with any queries relating to renting out our property. Have been very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend these agents.
