A great little restaurant! My mom and I found this little jewel a few blocks behind our hotel. Food was very good. A quant place with a great atmosphere. It’s been 10 years since we have been there but I always recommend to any friends going to London.
Nice place. Very attentive staff. Enjoyable and flavored meal
Cosy and charming little place. Small menu of carefully prepared and tastefully presented dishes. I had an excellent coq au vin in August, no less that was very reasonably priced. My daughter had a tasty pasta with cornish crab and green onions in a cream sauce that didn't overwhelm the plate. A great option if you're looking for a casual neighborhood cafe in posh Mayfair.
It had rained all day when we took the train from Oxford to our hotel in London. Leaving our bags in the check room, we walked around the corner and were fortunate to find The Little Square open for lunch. Once inside the warm, cozy dining room, we chose from the menu of French dishes and looked forward to enjoying our lunch experience. I chose a bowl of warming onion soup, and was presented with a delicious, fragrant soup generously topped with melted Gruyere on top of a crunchy crouton. Following that I had this goat cheese tart, imaginatively served on a piece of stone, accompanied by a delicious sauce. It was the perfect start for our adventures in London!
Food was delicious! My mom and I split the specialty risotto with chicken and red peppers, so tasty! My brother got salmon with teriyaki- also very good. We were all pleased with our meals. The two ladies working were so nice and attentive! Definitely recommend.
This really is a hidden gem. The heart of London but you feel like you're in a tucked away village. The menu is perfect with something to please everyone and the service outstanding. I recommend it to anyone wanting a nice meal in London that will feel really special and is not overpriced. Lovely atmosphere.
The Little Square is a small, friendly restaurant who provide excellent value for money. The food is presented well, cooked to perfection and served with courtesy. Eating there last night I chose Sea bass from the specials menu and was presented with a good sized piece of fish beautifully cooked. I considered this dish at £18.00 to be excellent value. Most especially when dining in Mayfair!
The restaurant was charming the food excellent. The daughter of the owner waited on us. She was a delightful young lady. Very charismatic!!! And the dark chocolate tart with caramel ice cream is worth saving room for
This is a hidden gem not two minutes walk from Piccadilly. The menu is varied and well presented and reasonably priced, while wines are equally acceptable. It is small but not cramped, ideal for lone diners or small groups. Highly recommended.
Great little restaurant with excellent vegetarian mushroom risotto
