My wife and I stayed there for her birthday and had the deluxe four poster suite which overlooked the rear of the property and gardens which were beautifully lit up and landscaped. The weather was freezing but the rooms heating was lovely and toasty which was a great comfort. The bed was super comfy and plenty of power points available for charging our gear. The bathroom is big and the whirlpool bath excellent. The shower was great too and the water never went cold at any point for either the bath nor shower which often happens at other hotels during peak times. We slept really well and the next morning breakfast was equally nice. I recommend the fried brekky although we ate loads of continental too. Great time and we would definitely go back. Staff very helpful and friendly

Very nice friendly staff. Lovely food. Location was beautiful. Room was upgraded foc however seemed the 4 poster bed had been plonked into a motel style room? Nothing special about the room, glad we didn't pay extra. Had a jacuzzi bath which was nice but all appeared out of place. Heating was broken but had an extra plug in heater which worked well. The only negative was the floorboards of the room above us were so noisy. Room 6.

Stayed here on the weekend, lovely blonde lady behind the reception was very nice! Sorted everything we needed like taxis etc. Then came home today to a package, my shirt I didn't know I left they posted to me!! Great staff, lovely room, clean, helpful! Everyone should come here if staying in Kent great value for money!

Stayed the night. First room was very basic and heating and hot water had failed. Moved to a nicer room afterwards. Friendly staff but lack of atmosphere in the bar and dining room.

Went for a wedding here. Very nice venue and a lovely hall for the ceremony. Bit difficult to get to however. Staff were very helpful and the service was good. Lovely garden out the back.
