Coffee was OK, but not great. Snacks are pretty good. Staff left the back door open in freezing weather while they smoked outside, cigarette smoke and freezing air came in through the open door. Not at all impressed with that.

I occasionally visit Costa at Park Farm Tesco Ashford, to get My work done with the free Wifi but recently I have been going to the Tenterden shop for a change of scenery as I live between the two. The couple of times I have been here the staff have gone out of the way to greet customers when they enter and make a effort to fulfill their wishes. The manager Dan stands out making sure everything is running smoothly, along with being cheerful and looking for ways to help however He can. It's nice to go to a franchise shop where the staff actually care what They are doing and put the customer first, Something that seems to becoming more uncommon nowadays so it's good to see. Definitely a place i can see myself using for work and a coffee in the future.

Was freezing cold rushing to town from school to get a drink with money on costa card, it was quater past so had plently of time but no, they were closed how convenient. 40 mins till bus and no hospitality. Lock the door next time.

Great and classic atmosphere. Coffee was a let down as it is a coffee place and that is the main purpose.
