A lot of useful bits but at a premium price.  Some Unhelpful staff, not the old fashioned customer service.  I urgently needed a piece of glass in order to finish a job, I called in with 10 minutes left of opening time only to be told by a group of staff gathered around a service counter that, the yard had already been locked and I would have to wait until the next day, I could see some staff members smirking in the background.  I would have hoped for a better quality of service from Webbs.

Very overpriced and your spyed on like a hawk. Younger staff are friendly, as us the gentleman in the suit. Its a shop of last resort.
