Went here today for the 1st time to celebrate my son's and sister's birthdays. The establishment was very inviting and clean. Staff we're very attentive. The food presentation was lovely, the food was freshly prepared and hot, and it tasted amazing. We all left very satisfied and completely stuffed Nearby activities: Near to New Brighton promenade. Local morrisons, home and bargains, iceland, starbucks, costa. Outdoor fairground, amusement arcades and crazy golf. Indoor softplay activity centre called Bubbles age restrictions apply bowling alley, Fort Perch Rock and the Floral Pavilion Theatre Walkability: Ample parking near the establishment. Food & drinks: Very good menu, something for everyone.
Would like to give this hotel a good score but with a little bit of work they could have an excellent one The room was spotless, the bed linen and the towel really white and soft, the mattress was very comfy. Extra pillows a big plus extra heater another plus. The furniture all matched and was good standard lovely wallpaper. A few issues; bathroom door didn't close. No hand towels had to ask for them. No bulb in bedside light . But when one was put in lamp only lit up for 20 mins. We filled up our coffee from the trolley outside on the landing.. staff were very pleasant and helpful. So a little checking on rooms would send you up a star. We did enjoy our stay but we didn't eat here. Rooms: A lot of thought and work went into these rooms. Well.done
We stayed at the hotel for four nights and were pleasantly surprised. Our room with 3 beds was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The hotel has a great location in a street with some pubs and restaurants. The beach and sea is also just a few metres away. Liverpool is easily and quickly accessible by train or taxi. The pub under the hotel is also cosy and we met great people. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again ourselves.
Went for mother's day tea time meal. Absolutely outstanding. The food was delicious, hot and tasty and plenty of it, the hellumi fries and roast dinner were to die for. Will definitely be returning.Service: 5/5
