Really lovely barn conversion. It was lovely and clean and it had everything you needed for a perfect stay. Nice and quiet, even when the touring fields were busy. Bob and Carol were friendly and helpful. Nice touch to leave tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and eggs. Really appreciated being able to make a cuppa without having to unpack everything. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay.
We've been here twice already now staying in one of the two static caravans and due to go a third time in a fortnight. Lovely peaceful site, very well equipped caravan which is immaculately clean and the owners Rob & Carol are lovely. Can't fault and highly recommend.
this is the absolute perfect place. its so quiet and peaceful yet a short drive to all the local resorts such as Scarborough, filey and bridlington, the site is lovely, so well maintained and the people who run it go that extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. they cant get rid of us now, my new favourite place!Rooms: 5/5
I love this place! Been here for 2 holiday's now and going for a 3rd soon. It's an old farm that has converted into a caravan type park. Where you bring your van and for a price, they store it and bring it back out whenever your coming to stay. They have an onsite shower and toilet block too but I have never used the caravan side of things. They also have two holiday lets. One a converted barn with upside down living and views of the surrounding countryside. The other a bungalow, which is attached to the owners property but you can never hear them.
Been many times. Always nice and comfy.
Fantastic. Clean awesome owners. Little touches made our stay the best. Have been three times and never disappointed.
Lovely and clean barn. Well equipped and perfect for a relaxing break. Rob and Carol the owners are very friendly. Will visit again.
