Top View is an absolutely stunning park. It's quiet, immaculately kept with lovely grounds and the caravans are well spaced out unlike other parks. There is a great enclosed area for dogs which overlooks one of the large ponds and seating areas all around. I've had the pleasure of meeting Jane the owner and she has been very helpful in providing options for us. We are looking forward to visiting again and choosing a caravan soon. We've done a lot of research and won't be looking at anywhere else apart from Top View. It's a wonderful place and we can't wait to be visiting on a regular basis for years to come.
Been on Top View for over 14 yrs. After 2 second hand ones we recently decided to purchase a brand new one. Jane & Barry, the owners made what I thought would be a daunting task, an absolute breeze. They took complete charge from removal of our old caravan to allowing us storage for our things then siting the new one. Thanks Top View. A stress free experience
Looking at poor reviews, they are clearly from people who don’t have caravans on the site. We are fairly new to the site and we absolutely love it. It’s very quiet, very spacious and the grounds are kept immaculate. Jane and Barry are lovely and Jane in particular has been so helpful and hasn’t minded answering our questions. If you’ve got a young family then this probably isn’t ideal, but there are lots of other sites for families. This is a quiet site for adults and it’s just perfect to escape here after a stressful week at work or, if you’ve retired. Filey, Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough are within easy reach and there are some gorgeous coastal walks straight off the site.
I’d like to post a reply to the person complaining about lack of response to an Enquiry on Top View caravan park. I was unhappy on my last site, and was advised to contact Top view. I first sent an email and failed to get a reply so I rang instead. I then called to see the owners, and made an immediate decision to move my van on to the site. Best decision I ever made. Lovely owners, couldn’t do enough to help me move my van, and made me feel so welcome. It’s like one big family on this site. It’s clean, well kept, and peaceful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Maybe your lack of response from them was due to the Internet which is not the best there, I certainly can’t see it being rude on the owners part. No one I have spoken to on site have had anything bad to say about the park or Mr and Mrs Woodcock. Quite the opposite. I would highly recommend Top View caravan park to anyone wanting a well run quiet retreat, you wouldn’t be disappointed, I’m certainly not. I love it here.
We've been on Top View for nearly 5 years and absolutely love it. The Park is nice and quiet and well maintained and the owners have been more than accommodating and helpful towards us. In fact my Mum also bought a caravan on Top View last year because she loved staying at ours so much. The park is a short drive to local attractions like Hornsea, Driffield, Bridlington & Scarborough and beach access is only a 5 minute walk away. The Park is very dog friendly and even has an enclosed dog run as well as a lovely walk around the lakes. Both Mr & Mrs Woodcock, the site owners have always been friendly, helpful and fair with us at all times. If you're looking for a nice quiet well maintained park then I couldn't recommend Top View enough.
Moved onto Top View in March from another site, the owners Jane and Barry made the move go smoothly for us and have been very helpful in all ways. The park is in a beautiful setting with big open spaces between caravans and really peaceful and quiet, with Bridlington and Hornsea just a few miles away this is a ideal place to be if you want to walk or a home from home I would recommend this park to anyone thinking about moving their caravan or even buying one, if you want peace and quiet this is the best around.
We have been on this site for 9 years because it is peaceful and well kept . The owners take great pride in the grounds and are very helpful when its needed . If you want peace and quiet then this is the place to be with plenty of room round the caravans. Nature is on your doorstep and its only a 5 minute walk down the public path to the beach. Happy days
Myself and my husband Steve and our 2 dogs have been on this wonderful site for 4 years. We never want to leave it’s just perfect,so peaceful and relaxing. The owners Jane and Barry are so friendly. Would highly recommend this beautiful place
Possibly the nicest looking, spacious, well kept caravan park we have seen. Well laid out. Peaceful and quiet. Looking forward to enquiring about moving here. Update.......... Sadly, after several email enquiries, I have removed all the stars. They haven't bothered to reply. Why would you advertise all over the place then not reply to enquirers. Bad business move. Poor customer service. Makes one wonder what they would be like if one did move here.
