I bought my car here. Very friendly staff, very transparent and ethical. Quality of car servicing is also great! I plan to keep coming here till I own a Rover. Most importantly the route to the dealership is quite scenic! If nothing else worth a drive!

The staff here are great. Everyone is always willing to help and all the staff are very professional and know what they are doing. The garage itself is exceptional and you are always offered a good coffee whilst you wait. Great service

We were travelling from Peterborough to Hereford to visit family and during the the journey the heat shield came detached. We googled to see if Hereford had a range rover dealership it did, so we just turned up no appointment with the part in hand. The moment we walked in the service was fantastic they immediately arranged for a inspection in the workshop put our mind a rest so we could continue our journey. Thank you for your help.

We received a first class experience at Listers Hereford from start to finish. We were really impressed with the service we received from Daniel Phillips, from greeting us at the reception desk on arrival thru the door to completing our purchase with the utmost efficiency and friendliness. We are delighted with the car and will be returning to Listers when needing another Land Rover, despite living some 120+ miles away. Well worth the journey, especially in our new Range Rover Evoque! Many thanks to Dan for a truly special experience.

I bought a supposedly approved used car from Landrover and it has been the worst nightmare ever since. Firstly the delivery guys scratched the car and the alloys at delivery stage. Nathan promised me that if I accepted the car it would be fixed at their cost. Of course I was never able to resolve this and have recently found out that Nathan has now left the business!  THEN! The car broke down on the motorway after 8 weeks. Engine failure, loss of power and the car just stopped!! I had 2 children in the car! The treatment I received ever since has been appalling! No accountability, I had three branches Sidcup, Swanley and Maidstone fighting over who was going to take the car in.  Eventually Maidstone took the car and determined that the Engine has blown! To be informed by the service dpt “It’s a known fault with these cars, Landrover are aware”.  I spent 3 days with absolutely no car and had to fight to get a hire car only for Landrover assist to stop paying and tell me that I need to return the car because they don’t have agreement to continue with the hire and if they did get agreement it would only be for £50 a day so I would have to swap to a Ford Fiesta.  Imagine spending £40k on a “luxury” car when Landrover know their cars are not fit for purpose to have it for 6 weeks to then being told you can’t have your money back and you have to drive a Ford Fiesta until we can fix it?! I am absolutely fuming and will take this to the highest level.  My children have PTSD from being stuck on a motorway, cars going full speed ahead. It is the most frightening experience.  Spend a bit more and buy something more reliable!  UPDATE:  Car had been in the garage for over 6 weeks, reportedly requiring a whole new engine  according to landrover this is a known fault with the Velar model and happens often.  I get a call stating that when cars get a new engine they also require a new battery, however the new battery is not covered by warranty. Spend endless amounts of time on the phone explaining to Landrover why they need to cover the cost of the battery for a car that I had owned less that 6 weeks before it BLEW UP!!  After much back and forth, they apparently agreed to supply the new battery to get the car back on the road. I have lost complete confidence in the car, but to date, Hereford Landrover have REFUSED A REFUND!! I had no choice but to take the car back and fight them from there! I was assured that the car had been tested and retested once again.  I get the car returned, drive it for less than a week before again ENGINE FAILED, ABS FAILED, CAR WON'T START, COMPLETE NON RUNNER.  Car returned to Maidstone Landrover who advise that the car needs a new battery! Sorry, what?! didnt you just put one in? Oh no we didn't the warranty doesn't cover a battery!!  Spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to take accountability. I was met with rudeness and sarcasm. Apparently Verity who advised that the battery was placed has conviniently left the organisation as did Nathan who still hasnt rectified my scratches. Its beggars belief that I have to explain to Landrover why they need to properly fix a car that was sold to me for over £40k less thaN 6 weeks ago.  Not the kind of customer service you would expect from a high end car dealer.  NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY LANDROVER. I understand things go wrong at times but the olevel of service and disregard I have experienced is absolutely DIABOLICAL

At first the clinical appearance felt a little unapproachable but this quickly disperses when greeted by such fantastic staff. I don't think there are any areas of customer service lacking.

I have recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from Nathan of Listers Hereford and experienced excellent service. Whether i had any questions regarding spec or visual changes, Nathan fully understands the customers mindset and offered multiple options and ideas which was appreciated. Likewise, going above any beyond with videos, updates and overall support leading up to the purchase and most importantly after the sale. I look forward to working with Nathan and Listers for my future Land Rover purchases!

I recently bought a Land Rover Discovery at Listers in Hereford and was very pleased with the whole experience. Their Sales Executive Nathan was very helpful, friendly and courteous throughout. He had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles and took time to explain everything in detail, nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go back for another vehicle.

Excellent service and customer care . All staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Special thanks to Andrew P and William M for keeping me informed on progress and for much appreciated guidance  throughout.  I would definately recommend Listers Land Rover Hereford.

Very poor, 8.45am till 16.00 to get a service & mot, I give it 1 star as I have to give it a star to post it.
