Recently helped a friend purchase a vehicle from this business and they were fantastic from start to finish. Fin and his team really listened to what was wanted, personalised the whole experience and did a fantastic deal on a new car which my friend thought wouldn’t be possible. Rory Shepherd recently sold me my A3 and I must say he provided a brilliant service from start to finish. Having traveled from Northern Ireland, I was on a tight schedule and Rory made sure everything was organised before I arrived at the dealership. He was incredibly helpful during the process, making it one of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever made. I would highly recommend the dealership and a massive thanks and appreciation to Rory for making it an easy process considering I was coming from far! Thanks again!
Took a look around the show room while my mother was collecting her car from Charlotte Hodnett. Charlotte and Findley Williams have been super professional and helpful. We have delt Findley on multiple different occasions with buying other vehicles so we felt like we were in safe hands and he guided us to Charlotte. Every question we had for Charlotte she was able to help and advice in a good manor. Showing mother around the vehicles and taking him talking through the different specifications they had. Upon picking the vehicle up she took the time to help set up mother's mobile on the dash and talked her through the different controls on the car. Little touches like this is what helps get loyal customers and good word of mouth to others. I would like to thank both Charlotte and Findley on making this a pleasant journey.
I had a truly disappointing experience with Audi Hereford regarding my partner's Audi A1. I took the car in multiple times for persistent issues, only to be met with lackluster service and no resolution. Each time, they assured me they would fix the problem, but nothing changed.nnTo make matters worse, when they finally did address the issue, I discovered they had disabled the dash cam and used up all the petrol taking the car on unnecessary journeys. It felt like the staff were treating my vehicle as a joke rather than respecting it as my property.nnI expected much more from a reputable dealership. I won't be returning and would caution anyone considering their services. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
Byron was a fantastic help while we were trying to find a new car. He went through all the different options and offered us test drives. He couldn't be more helpful.
