I had excellent customer service throughout my purchase. As I live far away from the garage, Sim answered all my my questions over the phone and sent me a video of the car. During hand over I dealt with Eliouse and she was lovely and helped sort the part exchange quickly as I was tight for time. Can't fault the service, they valet my car before purchase, I would definitely recommend.
I don't normally post reviews, however I wanted to publicly commend your service department at Hereford. My self and my mum had recently come over to Hereford with a problem with my mums corsa. From the staff on reception right through to your service manager I was taken back by there helpfulness, kindness, and how well they worked to help us as a team. They went above and beyond. But mostly it was a breath of fresh air to see their manager out and about in the department supporting her team, introducing herself to customer and was just as happy as her team to try and help. The best service we have received from any service department thank you.
Baylis Vauxhall Hereford were great because the standard of service we received from the salesman was excellent. Everything was explained in great detail and all questions answered. My request for receiving the car as quickly as possible was supported. Being a fussy customer there was a rattle that was annoying me and this was dealt with the next day and corrected. Amazing sales team, from salesman to service desk staff to the mechanic who dealt with my annoying rattle. Couldn't ask for more.
Worst experience for an MOT ive encountered, Laura the service manager has the customer service skills of a paper bag, completely rude. had to chase the certificate as they didnt provide as a pack and had to ask for my service booklet after the service. Wouldnt recommend if they have free services
Great service and always keep me well informed. Recent repair under guarantee car returned to me washed and hoovered too. Very happy with the service I receive from Baylis

Eloise was a fantastic sales consultant to work with. She spent loads of time with me going through multiple vehicles and could not have been more helpful. I was really disappointed not to be able to finalise a sale with Eloise but could not quite get to an agreement with the sales management team.
My experience is mainly with the service team, and I've never had anything to grumble about, always polite, courteous and helpful. Been a customer for nearly 10 years
Went into your Hereford Branch to try and buy some carpets for my Corsa. Gentleman at parts disappeared with his customer. I waited nearly 25 minutes but no one came or asked if I needed help .Walked out in disgust appalling customer service.
I supported my mother with a purchase of a new vehicle from Baylis Hereford. There was some understandable delays due to the worldwide chip shortage but how my mother was treated and how we were dealt with through the process was awful. At point of sale my mother was promised monthly contact with updates on the progress. This never happened and any chasing was done by us. After many months Baylis said the person who should have been contacting was no longer with them. More months rolled by with no contact. I encouraged my mother to reach out to them for options after many failed delivery dates and it was suggest she changed her colour choice as they had a stock car they could swiftly give her to which she agreed and sold her car. 1 hour before she was due to be collected to get her car Baylis called and cancelled leaving her with out transport. It turns out there was a known ongoing issue at Baylis with taxing new cars. We were given many false promises and I was then approached by their Business Manager Dan. His attitude was AWFUL, I made it clear that as my mum was only given 1 hours notice of the failed deliver she was left without a car. As this was directly as a result of issues at Baylis and my mother relying on transport she is disabled it is only fair that Baylis provide either a demo unit or curtesy car while they solve their problems. Dan refused and when asked if they were willing to leave a disabled customer without transport due to issues at and caused by Baylis he became very smug and refused to answer. After reading other reviews it appear this Dan in Hereford has a reputation of an unprofessional nature. Genuinely if we could turn back time knowing what we know we would NEVER have dealt with Baylis.
