Caravan nice and clean, great base to explore the area. Big playground for children, nice pub, small shop in the reception.
We arrived, granted its early October but no food is being served, had we been made aware of this before hand we would have made provisions. The caravan was a gold plus, nothing wrong with it but nothing special also. We paid for 3 nights, only stayed for 1, went to check out at 8:30am, nobody there. No instructions where to leave keys so we left them In the caravan. There is really nothing much nearby, if you're after peace and quiet then this place is great. We like to explore but there is no public transposrt so had to drive everywhere. I don't think we would visit again in the future.
Caravan was not as advertised. Paid extra money for a gold star plus 3 - this it was not!! Site rather isolated which is OK if that's what you want. Bar on site didn't open till 4pm and we were told club would shut early 9pm . They only done food on site sat/sun. This was not for us. We like to have a drink on holiday plus the odd meal or two. So we personally will not return.
Restaurant is shut, caravan is big but that is the only one good point, place is very small, isolated, kids play room and soft play doesn’t exist.
Lovely caravan we stayed in,but the restaurant staff wasn't pleasant. Ask on Sunday if he was doing meals. He just nodded his for no and just kept staring. Not a nice welcome I never felt uneasy in a place before.
Lovely place to visit, nice clean caravan - friendly staff, always helpful. Would be great if they served the delicious food at the bar every evening instead of just 4 days! Overall I would highly recommend this park.
Great place and good food
Nice caravan park quite location with good amenities not to far from the sea, staying here while we wait for our new house to go through, good location with everything we need, washing facilities, Extra parking, staff were so helpful in arranging our stay given the short notice...I couldn't ask for more
Went for Sunday dinner, usually a good carvery. Wasnt on today, probably covid related. Plate service instead. Was just about warm. Seemed like it had been microwaved and reheated. Yorkshire pudding a great disappointment, small and soft not crispy. Nothing like their usual standard.
We have a beautiful static home, probably the best on site. Bought brand new. We have spent a lot of money renovating the exterior and looking after the land surrounding the area. Unfortunately not everyone else does. Cars and trucks are being driven over the grass on their land and surrounding area's, leaving mud every where. The culprits have made no attempt to clean or tidy the mess.
