This is my second review for this company but credit where credit is due they are fantastic to work with. If you need managing agents I would highly recommend them. Angela Nicholson has recently taken over as my property coordinator and I've found her to be excellent, super friendly, full of helpful advice, certainly knows her job and extremely quick to get back to me. She's really helped me through a bit of a stressful time. Really happy with the service. Well worth the fees charged which are highly competitive.

I have been renting a property under Martin & co for the last 2 years. I was pleased with their service. Especially our property manager Ms Angela Nicolson was very beneficial always. She was always prompt in responding to queries and booking appointments for maintenance with proper follow-ups. She was always amiable whenever we called her for any help. Angela is brilliant - polite, professional and quick to respond to all matters and concerns. My experience of renting has been greatly improved; Angela offers reassurance and results to any issues raised and is always quick to act to provide a resolution. Great customer service!

I've used Martin & Co for many years to let out my property and deal with the issues that naturally arise over the course of time. I have always been satisfied with their service, they deal with everything they are able to and make my experience as stress free as it can be. Most of my recent correspondence is with Angela Nicholson, who I find to be a very helpful and fair person who has the best interests of both landlord and tenant at heart.

From my current experience with the agency, i can say that i'm 100% satisfied with their services. From the application process to current renting queries, i've always received an immediate response to all my emails and questions. I find all the team helpful but in particular, my property coordinator Angela Nicholson, who has been answering all my urgent and non urgent queries within hours of me raising them, always in a helpful and professional manner. For any urgent matter, she has acted and sorted the issue immediately. Thank you to all the team for making my tenancy journey positive.

I have been using Martin & Co since they started operating in Keighley. I am a remote landlord and they provide an excellent fully managed service for me. Angela is a great communicator and always available when needed. Highly recommended.

I'm honestly not sure where to start, Martin and Co have been brilliant. Never had a problem. But recently out windows were smashed in our front room and kitchen. This is where Angela stepped in. She saw to it that we had someone out that day to measure the windows. And get replacements sorted ASAP. Then just 24 hrs from having the windows boarded we had glass back in and beat there 2 day turn around, But this was more than enough to justify leaving a review, as so many just leave the negative comments. But to add to this Angela has also stepped in to help sort the problem what caused the windows and I can't be thankful enough for the effort taken . So from us both thanks you
