Story

Established in 1997 by Will Linley and Nick Simpson, Linley and Simpson are now well into our second decade of successful trading and continually strive to evolve and be the best at what we do.

The Company originally opened offices in Horsforth and Oakwood before later expanding into Harrogate, Wetherby, Leeds City Centre, Wakefield, York, Ilkley, Ripon and most recently, Saltaire.

Having started with four staff, the company now employs more than a hundred and lets hundreds of properties every month whilst actively managing thousands for our clients. Due to client demand, the company has now expanded into residential sales with the aim of bringing our high levels of customer service and our exceptional results into this sector too. We continue to be true Lettings specialists but now our valued clients can sell through us when their time as a landlord comes to an end. Our Head of Residential Sales, Mark Christopher, has over 30 years industry experience and only recruits committed and talented estate agents with a proven track record.

We believe in delivering a top quality service to all our clients and are continually re-investing in the latest ideas, people, systems and software to ensure that the company remains the leader in the market. Our stated aim is to build trust with our customers through a professional and fair approach, to ultimately make letting easy.

In addition to our highly committed Lettings and Sales teams at each individual location, we have a dedicated centralised Accounts office in Leeds headed by our Accounts Manager Lynne Taylor. We also have dedicated Property Managers, a tenancy renewals team and a tenant referencing team. Internal standards are also continually monitored by our Operations team headed by Gemma Thornton.

We offer all types of property including studio flats, luxury apartments, conversions, cottages, terraced houses, town houses, semi-detached and substantial executive detached houses ranging from £400pcm to £4000pcm. All of them good quality and fully compliant with the latest legislation and guidelines.

We are members of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), NALS (the National Approved Letting Scheme), TDS (The Dispute Service) and TPO (The Property Ombudsman for Lettings). This means that we are accountable for our service levels, our systems are regulated and our Client's Money is fully protected giving you complete peace of mind.

Our high-profile shop-front premises, contemporary image and design, familiar to-let boards, hugely successful web-site and personal recommendation ensure that we attract plenty of potential tenants and buyers who can be confident that they are dealing with a reputable Agent.
