I have used Hunters' tenant find service on two occasions, both times I have been impressed with their efficient and professional service. Their tenant checks and inventories were very good and with our first tenants we couldn't have wished for better. Hopefully our new ones will be just the same.

We spoke to Hunters at 11.30am on Sunday 28th January, although they close at 2.00pm, Janet went above and beyond to arrange an accompanied viewing of a property at 4.00pm. She was very professional and informative, sadly it wasn't the property for us but we are still very grateful for her efforts.

This is honestly the WORST estate agency I have ever heard of. My boyfriend currently rents a flat through them. I don't even know where to start. Last week he didn't have any water in the kitchen from Monday through to Friday. The washing machine also didn't work, this was apparently 'fixed' on Friday along with the water however when they used it a couple of days ago it leaked everywhere and they were told they would have to wait a further 5 working days til it would be sorted. They are now saying that he owes them £123, which he doesn't as he pays his rent, on time every month. He was told last week this would be dealt with as it was an internal error on their part but alas, this week they are again asking for it. A lady called 'Liz' told him that the person (Kate) who originally quoted this amount had left the business but then this week she is telling my boyfriend he will need to discuss the amount with Kate. When my boyfriend lost his keys it took approximately 5 weeks to get new ones sorted as it needed to be sent to external key cutters. Meant the flat was kept unlocked for those 5 weeks as apparently they don't have spares?  Oh, and when his flat mate moved in they sent the contracts to someone one else  (with his flatmates personal details on it).    I also don't know why landlords are paying them,  they never do inspections.
