We are really impressed with the service we received from Ashtons Estate Agents, and we can't recommend them enough.   They go out of there way to help you and can't do enough for you.

It was the coldest day on record and the boiler stopped working.  It was on a Sunday, but we received someone out to mend it within the hour. 
 We were very impressed, especially as it was thick with snow.  

It is a refreshing change to deal with a professional Company where all the staff give an outstanding, professional and caring service.

After the last letting agent, it was great to have a letting agent who really looks after their tenants.

I have been extremely impressed by Ashtons throughout the entire process. Having previously attempted to sell my house with Coalters, I decided to take some time out and then re-launch with Ashtons, just 6 weeks ago. Everything from viewings, the communication, to feedback, to photographs and now to progression has been fantastic. I genuinely feel that they are working very hard for us!

I chose to deal with Ashtons having received recommendations of sound provenance from the York market. Ashtons dealt exceptionally with my requirements and I would thoroughly recommend Ashtons to anyone seeking quality Estate Agency services. Of particular note was the outstanding customer service offered by my primary contact Jack Griffin. Jack demonstrated an exceptional attention to detail; was very timely; and was judicious when providing advice. Overall Ashtons offered a well tailored and personable service and I look forward to dealing with them again.

Really happy with the level of support given from Ashtons. As a first time buyer, I found the process extremely daunting at first- however Claire was so helpful, honest & supportive that my worries were washed away. It’s so refreshing how real & funny she was too, perfectly balanced with professionalism. Thanks Ashtons for my new home! Great team, strong recommend!

We was looking for an investment property in York and specifically  for the holiday/short term let market. After searching the internet and contacting a number of other agents we finally has the pleasure of specking with Jack Griffin at Ashtons. Jack understood our requirements and demonstrated a good understanding of this specific market for the York area and recommended a number of properties to view.
He was accommodating for viewing times and presented himself in a very professional manor, following a viewing we have put an offer in on a property and Jack has helped with sourcing solicitors and management companies moving forward. Great customer service and would highly recommend.
