Lovely hotel, rooms modern and really nice. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and evening meals are great. Only criticism is that breakfasts at weekend are buffet ! Bacon and potato scones were brick hard, mushrooms and eggs cold or luke warm so not what expected from 4 star hotel. Monday morning breakfast was made to order and was lovely. Think as 4 star buffet breakfast should be scrapped.
Visited for new year and absolutely loved it. The staff went above and beyond, the r9om was comfy and cosy and the food wow. I will definitely be back
Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast and service. Had fish and chips for evening meal, could of broke my teeth on some of the chips had better in a pub. Apart from that very nice stay over. Shout out to Irene who was fantastic.
Rooms are dated and well used.nNo drinking water in Rooms.nWarm enough.nStains on Carpets and seats.nRestaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday.nNo ev charge points in car park.
I only stayed one night at The Links Hotel, but it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff gave me a warm and friendly welcome on arrival, which made a great first impression.nnThe room was comfortable and had a lovely view, and everything was spotless and in order.nnBreakfast the next morning was fantastic – fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choice.nnEverything went smoothly during my short stay, and I couldn’t fault a thing. I’d happily return and would recommend it to anyone visiting Montrose.
