Grey Harlings is a beautiful guest house in Montrose, Angus, Scotland. It is a 12 bedroom guest house with hotel style service. Surrounded by the Medal Links golf course and sea view, and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay and getaway.

Grey Harlings was built in 1872, and sits 15 yards from the opening tee of the spectacular 18-hole golf course. The timber building features a courtyard, breakfast/ dinning room, oak features and a large garden.

Ideal for weddings, or parties, or for a relaxing stay in Montrose.

Arguably one of the finest places in Montrose for an evening meal. We spent the evening here with our family (20+ people) and the few staff of hand were exceptional - friendly, efficient, patient with our odd requests, and managed our horde well between them. Furthermore, the building itself is fabulously rustic. We conviened around the open fire after the meal and shared memories and sang songs with drinks in hand, the staff never too far to recharge our glasses. So to summarize - If you're wanting to impress, experience something different, or simply want fine cuisine - this is the place to go in Montrose.

This place is fantastic. The owners Keith and Linda are great hosts and will go above and beyond to make sure things are comfortable and all in place. The guest house itself is beautiful. Inside feels homely and all the rooms are comfortable. Will be staying here again anytime i am back visiting my family.

Went to the restaurant. Very awesome food. Took whole family and they were very nice and good. Highly recommend

This place is awesome. The owners are helpful and so friendly we were like at home here. 10 out of 10 for everything and 100 out of 10 for the friendliness.

This is an exceptional place to stay. I was here for two weeks on business and it was the best customer service I've ever had. Linda and Keith are incredible and truly understand the idea of hospitality. The rooms are clean, recently renovated, and have a beautiful setting right on the Montrose Links. Make sure you stay here if your travels bring you to Montrose!
