Good points: Operationally very efficient, all payments on time. Lots of projects. 1 to 2 days to withdraw money. Very good customer service and super fast issue handling.

Bad points: 10 euro withdrawal fee is disgusting; I did not think that it will hit me so hard. I mean you literally have to sit and wait till payments come in to withdraw money, otherwise it will cost you money to withdraw. 
Interest rates are very low, relative to main Irish competitor.  

If they remove 10 euro withdrawal fee, I would give it 4 out of 5. (note: you get 4 free withdrawals per year, so if you plan to withdraw 1 time per 4 months, this platform will work for you)

I tried Linked finance as an investment opportunity. There seem to be only few companies looking for funds via LF at the moment, so I had to withdrawn my funds as i wouldn't make good profit. I liked the idea of supporting local business and the system was easy to use. I would prefer better communication from customer service, who never answered some emails. Perhaps when the company gains more popularity, it may become an interesting option.

I really wish I could be writing a review like the other people below this review but the person I have been dealing with on the phone with this company is just utterly unprofessional and quote rude.

We setup Limited in July 2016 and the person I was dealing with on the phone (Mark) asked me for our company turnover after profit (I think he was asking for gross net turnover) but the way he worded it was just so confusing. 

I don't think he could fathom that because of the length of setup (July 2016), the only returns we had was a B1 and B2 form and that we was registered for corp tax @ 12.5% which also wasn't due but it wasn't me who would have this information but the accountant which I could request. He just put the phone down?!?!

I've worked in call centre's, senior management for some of the larger companies in the UK (FTSE) and now run 2 call centre's, one in Dublin, one in Manchetser and plans for a new office in Galway opening this summer to cater our clients on the W.Coast of Ireland.

The funding would have helped with some new channels opening in the business with one of the channels being  telecoms where we would provide for SME & Enterprise businesses after we have successfully just signed our white label agreement with one of the major  Eire telecom provders. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to still see the market practically monopolised by Eircom/Eir and the profits involved from that one channel alone.....

I'm upset that I have to write this review, it's the first time in a long time I have done a 1 star review but the rudeness and unprofessional-ism from that staff member has just put me right off! - When dealing in finances and turnover, keep it professional and definitely don't just put the phone down on someone because he was asking me the wrong questions. Maybe this is a sign not to actually take ANOTHER investor on. My time is my money so thanks Mark for wasting it.

I could not speak more highly of linked finance. They have enabled me to grow my business and to move onto a new level of sales when i did not think it would be possible only a few short months ago.i found there is very little finacial help out there for small business's trying to grow but linked finance came to my rescue with great understanding of where i was trying to go and a real belief that i could achieve my targets. Everyone i spoke with or dealt with was friendly and have great knowledge of how small business work.unlike conventional loans from banks etc. Who just want to take your money, the staff at linked seem to really want your business to be a success.linked finance is a great model to grow your business and i would highly recommend these lads to anyone who needs to bring there business to reach there goals..top marks and i hope to use linked in the future as an investor and as means to fund my business again!!

We approached Linked Finance about the possibility of raising medium term finance for a specific project.  The application process was straight forward, time friendly and funds were made available when required without the stress normally associated with raising finance.  The staff in Linked Finance were courteous, efficient and delivered on all aspects of the process as outlined in their original proposal.  It was, all-in-all, a refreshing experience and I would recommend their Company without reservation.
