I just completed my mortgage journey with EBS Liffey Street and I cannot praise them high enough. Not only did I get a very competitive rate, but they were on the end of the phone or email absolutely every time I needed them. I started the application for the mortgage in August and signed off on my dream property in November. Ann Barnes and the mortgage team not only kept me sane/calm but they also kept me fully informed on updates from the Central Bank, Green Rates and also offered crucial advice regarding solicitors and auctioneers. My experience was flawless and I was made feel like a family member the entire time. I cannot recommend EBS Liffey Street high enough.
Just switched my mortgage through EBS Liffey Street and was very happy with the level of service I received. Was being looked after by David Greally who was incredibly helpful the whole way through. He was always on top of everything and was genuinely enthusiastic about making my application as quick and easy as possible. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!
Highly recommend the team at EBS Liffey Street. They looked after our mortgage in the most professional and efficient manner and kept us updated through the entirety of the process. Aine, David & the team processed our information and got everything completed and exceeded our expectations. We had been dealing with other mortgage providers and were unsure who to proceed with but the customer service from start to finish made the decision easy. There are a lot of mortgage providers that I would not recommend but I can't speak highly enough of the team and how easy the process was, if only we had of known earlier. I cannot say enough about EBS Liffey street. From the moment we applied for our mortgage with EBS to the time we received our formal loan offer it was a breeze. The online portal was amazing and allowed us to check in on our application whenever we needed. Both Aine and David in EBS made the stressful experience of buying a house a lot less stressful. EBS Liffey street has the people element and there is always a person there to help with any questions we had along the way. I cannot recommend EBS enough and we can compare this to other mortgage providers as we had approval from others also due to the increase in rates as of late. We picked EBS for many reasons but above all it was the assistance and people side that made our decision so easy.
My girlfriend and myself just completed the mortgage journey with EBS Liffey Street branch and we can't be any happier with them. Ann, Aine, Fiona and the whole team have been very helpful, always available and they guided us through the process giving us advices and explaining everything we needed. We switched our mortgage to EBS in August of 2022. Áine looked after us and the whole process was seamless and done with a personal touch. Everything that was promised was done and the team could not have tried any harder to make our life any easier or the process simpler. We definitely felt that we were looked after and that EBS valued our custom which you definitely do not find everywhere!
I can not speak highly enough of the service that David Greally provided to myself and my wife for our mortgage switch. We had a tight deadline to get the switch completed to secure a rate and dave was proactive from day 1. Aine has been amazing throughout the search for our forever home. After going through Aine for our first mortgage, we knew her and the team at EBS Liffey street were perfect for our next buy. We searched for 18 months and had numerous houses fall through and Aine had to do a million calculations for us every time our heads were turned - new build, second hand, second hand with renovations, the list goes on.
