Went to withdraw 300 euro. Did not get any cash from the machine, but my account was still charged. Went in to the bank and was told they cant do anything even though it was their ATM.

Most part are Useless staff, They treated very rude and poorly the clients. Worst Bank branch ever!

Cancelling a savings account opened with my girlfriend to store all my company shares because the staff is ridiculous useless. More specifically Miss Helen. My God they didn't provide any transparency of the product we got and the staff make things even more complicated as possible hiding from us in order to avoid to change an option to allow us to withdraw money from the account

Usually very busy branch. There are 4 self service lodgement machines and 4 cash desks
