We were initially looking at multiple mortgage brokers and trying to find one that didn't charge a fee because who has money nowadays. We saw Frank Lenny does charge a fee and they're very open about that, and don't try to hide it but thought we'd call them anyways to see what they're like, considering the incredible reviews they have. Going with Frank Lenny was one of, if not the best choice we made throughout the whole process of buying our first home. We could tell straight away that they were going to be a phenomenal help, and that level of service continued throughout the whole process. Their online portal is incredibly handy for keeping track of what information is needed at the beginning of the process too. Sarah, our broker, was an absolute godsend. Nothing was too much trouble. Sarah was more than happy to help with any questions we had, was always incredibly quick to reply and keep us up to date, and often gave us answers to questions before we even thought to ask them. I honestly can't imagine what the process would have been like without Sarah, and I wouldn't want to. Thank you to the whole team at Frank Lenny, and a massive massive thank you again to Sarah for making the whole house buying process as easy as possible.
