Phoned up on the worst snow day ever as I had back and chest pains. Within 30 mins I was phoned back with an appointment to come down as soon as possible. The doctor saw me on time and fully assessed what was wrong. Even during the horrific weather, the staff made it in and worked like clockwork. They didn’t complain or use the adverse weather as any sort of excuse. During all the horrible things that are being shown in the media about GPs and the NHS, I think something has to be said about how good things are - as exemplified by the staff at Lincluden Surgery. Well done guys! Even though you’re ‘just doing your job’ you’re doing it extremely well. Keep up the great work. Baiju Kothari

Flu clinic was on today I got my flu Jag and Dr Adams was brilliant with me and I couldn't fault them although I had wait for a wee while after my flu Jag just to make sure I was fine all the staff are brillant

2 week wait time for first available appointment. And rude staff at busy times. Would suggest you stay away.
