I ordered Pad Thai, tried to reach out over email, no answer. Chicken was undercooked, pink and chewie. Probably the lights on the pics won't help my case, but I promise you, chicken was raw

Don’t know if they changed chef but the one that cooked my prawns hadn’t a clue how to cook them and as for the curry sauce that is normally lovely was too spicy

Food is ok but service is shocking. Recently scheduled for delivery as we were having friends. They delivered 30mins early as there was an error on their side and refused to resend fresh food or refund.

First week trying it got delivery took 2 hours and left short of order took into account it could have been busy so following week gave it another go but collection and the same problem 45minutes waiting in the place after giving them the 20minutes time to collect place is mad . Never again.Food: 3/5

Place needs to be avoided. What I just received as beef was uneatable to say the least and after complaining I was told they would send me more rubber beef or refund me the cost of the rubber beef but not all the rice noodles and chips that I paid for with it. My total order cost 23 plus 2 tip so 25 euro for my bins dinner.

Food is always fresh and tasty!  Left that top review a year ago, will not be ordering from Lin Kee anymore as over the last couple of months the chicken is like rubber, the delivery is always late and cold and the order is always missing something, if you ring your told you have to wait for the next delivery which could be an hr to get what they left out.

+ Tasty food.  + Prompt delivery.  + Polite; friendly staff.  + Solid packaging.  + Fair enough prices.

I had a good experience till today. Ordering around 6. 30pm. Waiting till 8pm. No order received. Calling the shop, the staff said the order will be with me in few min. After 20 min caing back, no more answer, they knew my number. Calling from my wife number, and the staff said my order will be with me in next 20 min. They have no drivers yet but I will have my food in the next 20 min. Very bad customer treatment. Good food, but the staff should be replaced. Specially the woman on the phones.

Pre covid 8, post covid 10.50 and can be hit and miss with good curry sauce one day and weak the next!Food: 3/5
