STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!! If I could give zero stars I would! Customer service is appalling, how they’re still opened baffles me!! We rang to complain about the quality of the food and the fact there was only 2 tiny pieces of chicken in my spice bag and the bag was only half full to be told if I wanted more I should have paid extra for more chicken We said we wanted a refund as we weren’t happy with the quality of the food or the attitude of the person on the phone. To be told they don’t do refunds, I then said I was going to write a review on Google and she then said I don’t care do what you want we’re not on the internet and nobody ever complains about our food. I really wish I had checked the reviews here before buying as I would never have ordered.

Hadn’t ordered from here since before Covid even though I live nearby . What a pleasant surprise . The place seems to have had a revamp . No longer lots of people hanging around . They have a good online ordering system and you get there , give your number and it’s handed out . Well done
Have had the food out of here a few times .. it’s been awhile since I’ve been to fraga and be the last i can’t belive how a Chinese who done such nice food is gone so so bag the food went in the bin . I returned with the food it was that bad to be told I must of ordered somewhere else . The standard of customer service is terrible and blames you as a customer having problems with bad food a very bad portion sizes little chicken in the dishes which was black .. I know everyone had different taste and favorite Chinese but this has really gone down hill so much .. won’t be back
Great service nice vibe and even better chips
Would give 0 stars if I possibly could! After over 5 years of regular customers they refuse to give us the one can of coke that they Owe us forgot in last delivery and after I ringing they were suppose to make note of it one week later there’s no note and charged us again!!! Manager hung up on me and spoke over me the whole time when I called back. There customer service is APPAULING! I hope everyone gives the place a wide birth before there caught out for more than a can of coke!!!!
Absolutely terrible place. They purposely leave you short of things you order. They left me short of rice and chips. Rang them. They said when the driver returns they'll deliver the rest of the order. Was waiting 30 mins for the rest of the order to come while the other half went cold. So rang them again looking to get everything replaced. The girl on phone was extremely rude. Was a battle to get her to change it. They did. But when the new order came the meat wasn't cooked and chicken balls rock hard. The quality of the food was terrible, worst than dog food. This place must have new owners because it's gone to the dogs and prices constantly going up. Avoid it at all cost.
One star is being generous! As a regular customer of this place, I can safely say - after the disgraceful service we received last night - NEVER AGAIN will they receive an order from any of our extended family. Despite calling the order out to them not once, not twice, but THREE times - they still managed to get it wrong & leave us short of stuff - which I might add, is a regular occurrence from this place! When we phoned back to tell them of THEIR mistake the "lady" on the other end of the phone screamed & shouted down the phone & wouldn't admit to their mistake. Who do they think they are treating paying customers like that! They have ZERO customer service skills! Their standard of food has gone down rapidly over the last few months. On an order of over €100, they didn't even throw in a free bag of prawn crackers or a bottle of minerals! Won't EVER be back!
Very poor food probably the worst prawn curry I ever had. It was watery with a strong taste of fish stock cube and tiny prawnsThe chicken curry sauce also watery had a taste of raw curry. The prawn crackers were OK but very small portion. Staff were pleasant
Extremely disappointing service we received last night as regular customers we were having a family gathering and had spent over 100 euros the order was short some small items when we rang to ask could they bring them back down the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and aggressive insisting we had received all our items when we had not . She shouted and screamed down the phone at us and was excessively rude . It was awful and put a sour taste in our mouths as regular customers and we we’re disgusted to be treated like this over something that was not our fault . Will not be returning again I would also like to add that when they did eventually bring down the items that THEY had forgotten the female who delivered it just threw the food at my sister horrendous experience
